Timboektoe

This is the result of educational illustrations I did last year. It's a method for children in primary school focused on language, called 'Timboektoe'.
I can't believe this was almost a year ago. Time goes by so fast. It was also one of my first paying jobs so I have good memories of these illustrations.

Pirates!

I'm still working on some educational projects for children. I love the books I'm working on right now. It has short stories for children in primary school. Here are another two from these projects! The story is about a boy who tries to impress a girl by telling her his grandfather was a pirate back in the day...

From sketch to final drawing

I'm still very busy working on the drawings for this educational project. I try mixing various techniques, which I love! Above you can see my first sketch and on the right you can see the final drawing.
Since this is for children aged 8-11, I use bright colors that pop. I want to give them the feeling "THIS is a story I want to read!". Hopefully, I've managed to create that feeling...

Educational drawings

One drawing of a series of 24 for an educational project I'm working on at the moment. I just finished the sketches which I will send to the client for approval.
These drawings will be illustrating short stories in reading methods books for kids (ages 8-10) in primary school.
